'MeadowPocketGlass started with a vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza with Rome. The Bianchi clan established our family-focused pizzeria in 1985, rooted in generations-passed-down recipes.
Marco Bianchi, our visionary, mastered her pizza skills exploring Italy, gleaning knowledge from Naples's revered pizza masters. Returning to the UK, she aimed to replicate that classic Italian pizza authenticity, honoring old-style methods and top-tier ingredients.
Our once humble 12-seat establishment has blossomed into a treasured culinary fixture, yet we've remained staunch in our standards of excellence and realness. We persist in employing historical wood-fired oven techniques, preparing our dough from scratch each day, and seeking the finest produce available.
Now under the stewardship of the Bianchi's next generation, 'MeadowPocketGlass' upholds its familial values at its core, steering a skilled crew. While open to new techniques, we're unwavering in our purpose: offering delectable, true pizza that forges connections.
